Reference is made to a letter sent to your office dated
11 March 1958.
Submitted herewith is a request for withdrawal of a
previous request pertaining to approval of a break in the
code as regards establishment of a building line on a
plat of land with the legal deC-F Tpt�o as follows : No.
05253 , Ridgewood Park Addition, Lot 17 , Block 11. Further ,
a refund of the twenty dollars deposited with the approval
request would be appreciated.
Subsequent to the approval request , on determining
cost with two building contrators I have learned that due
to a terrain situation cost of building on this plat would
prove too great for the results obtained.
