RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the
Warranty Deed by John M. Patton and Rosalyn I. Patton, as Grantors,
unto the City of Saint Paul, as Grantee, dated the 7th day of October, 1957,
conveying and warranting unto said Grantee all of the following land lying
and being within the City of Saint Paul, in the County of Ramsey and State
of Minnesota, to-wit:
The vacated alley in Block 3 which accrued to Lots
1 to 16 inclusive by reason of the vacation thereof,
"Lindemannts Subdivision" of Lots 9 and 10 of Hyde
Park Addition to the City of St. Paul, according to
the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Ramsey County, Minnesota;
for use as a public alley, be and the same hereby is accepted; that said
hereinabove described land shall henceforth constitute and the same hereby
is dedicated as a public alley; that the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed to cause said Warranty Deed to be duly filed of record,
together with a certified copy of this Resolution and a map of the said
dedicated alley to be crecared_ and certified by the Commissioner of Public
Yorks, forthwith, in the Office of. the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey
County, Minnesota;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be deemed to
supersede Council File No. 184901, approved October 17, 1957, the
prior resolution of this Council on the same subject.
