$1,619. 20 out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury
of January 6, 1952, while in the employ of the Department of
Public Safety, whereby he suffered a ten per cent permanent
partial disability to his back and a five per cent permanent
partial disability to his leg.
