HARDWOOD LUMBER COMPANY for 290 Lin. Ft. 2"xl0", 600 Lin.. Ft. l"x4", and 300 Lin. Ft.
2"x8" first and second grade rough sawed Cypress lumber for the Snelling Reservoir
at a cost of $539.84, without advertisement or competitive bids as an emergency
existed where failure to act promptly would work hardship to the best interest
of the City.
