COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS , the sum of $100. 00 was heretofore deposited
with the Clerk of Municipal Court as bail money to secure
the appearance in Court of Gerald D. Driscoll on March 26,
1958, to answer to a charge then pending against him, and
because of the failure of said Gerald D. Driscall to appear
on said date , bail was forfeited and the matter continued,
and
WHEREAS , upon trial the said Gerald D. Driscoll was
found not guilty, and the Court, upon motion of defendant' s
attorney, ordered the bail restored, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and they are
hereby authorized to draw a warrant in the sum of $100.00, in
favor of the Clerk of Municipal Court, to be refunded to said
Gerald D. Driscoll .

COPY OF THE PARTIAL MINUTES OF THE CRIMINAL COURT PROCEEDINGS OF
MARCH 27, 1958, before JUDGE EDWARD D. MULALLY:
GERALD D. DRISCOLL: 1572 North Concord (CC)
Defendant previously entered a plea
of not guilty to failing to report an accident.
Defendant was on $100 bail and was to report for trial on March 26,
1958. Not having done so, the Court ordered the bail forfeited.
Thereupon, the City Prosecutor moved to have the charge ammended
to read : "Leaving the scene of an accident, " and the Court denied
the motion.
Trial duly had.
Findings : Not guilty.
Thereupon, the defendant's attorney, Louise Miller, moved to have the
bail of $100 restored and released.
Thereupon, the Court granted the motion, and the bail was ordered
restored and released.
