COMMISSIONER DATF
RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul immediately intervene as a party
in the pending action between some 78 plaintiffs and the Saint Paul Housing
Authority and Sears Roebuck as defendants; and that the City Attorney be
authorized and directed to take steps immediately to accomplish the inter-
vention of the City of Saint Paul in said action; and that the City Attorney
be further authorized and directed to expedite the hearing and determination
of this matter in the District Court of Ramsey County; and that if the matter
is appealed to the Supreme Court that the Supreme Court be requested to place
this matter on for hearing at an early date.
