In the Matter of the restoration of the sidewalk on the north side of St. Clair Ave.
from St. Albans St. to Webster St., by constructing new sidewalk where necessary and by
repairing where practical; and the construction of new curbing to close the abandoned
driveway or driveways in front of Lots 9, 10 and the west one-half of 11, Block 11,
Norwood Addition, this being the property otherwise known as 609 St. Clair Avenue,
under Preliminary Order 185943 approved January 28, 1958
Intermediary Order approved
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is. the restoration of the sidewalk on the north side
of St. Clair Ave. from St. Albans St. to Webster St., by constructing new sidewalk where
necessary and by repairing where practical; and the construction of new curbing to
close the abandoned driveway or driveways in front of Lots 9, 10 and the west one-half
of 11, Block 11, Norwood Addition, this being the property otherwise known as 609 St. Clair
Avenue,
and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
