COMMISSIONED DATE
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of St.Paul that the form of the
$1,900,000 School Improvement Bonds, Series No. 6, set out in Council File No.
186409 be revises so that the purpose in the second paragraph of the bond form
shall read substantially as follows:
"for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring
school sites and grounds, constructing and
equipping new school buildings, and additions to
school buildings, and for the purpose of re-
construction, repair, betterment, remodeling
and equipping existing school buildings."
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council File No. 186589 adopted March 18,
1958 be and the same hereby is repealed.
