Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a public sanitary sewer in Timberlake Road approximately 220 feet south of
Wheelock Parkway from the terminus of the existing sewer approximately 70 feet east of
Jackson Street to Jackson Street, and in Jackson Street from Timberlake Road to Wheelock
Parkway, and in the north side of Wheelock Parkway from Abell Street to 221+.3 feet west
of Agate Street, and in the south side of Larpenteur Avenue from Abell Street to Wanda
Street, and in Abell Street from Wheelock Parkway to Larpenteur Avenue, and in Wanda
Street from Wheelock Parkway to Larpenteur Avenue, all of which is to be known as the
Jackson-Wheelock Sewer System,
under Preliminary Order 175070 , approved September 20, 1955
Intermediary Order 175816 , approved— November 22, 1955
Final Order 176131 , approved December 20, 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 30th
day of April , 19 58 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
