tract of land in Lot 55, Montville, Dayton and Warren's Prospect Addition to St. Paul,
said tract of land being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly
line of Lot S5, Montville, Dayton and Warren's Prospect Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota,
said point being 298.55 feet northerly from the southwesterly corner of said Lot 55,
thence due east a distance of 50 feet; thence north 12°30' east, parallel to said
westerly line of said Lot 55, a distance of 51.2 feet; thence due west a distance of
50 feet to a point on the westerly line of said lot 55, said point being 51.2 feet
northeasterly from the point of beginning; thence southwesterly along said westerly
line of said Lot 55, a distance of 51.2 feet to point of beginning,
under Preliminary Order 185469 , approved December 12, 1957
Intermediary Order 186121+ , approved February 11, 1958
Final Order 1861+98 , approved March 11, 1958
The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 30th day
of April , 19___58 , at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
