RESOLVED, that John Regenold be permitted to install
and operate a private parking lot in connection with an apartment
building at the southwest corner of Chatsworth and Lafond, on
Lot C of D. W. Moore' s Addition, in accordance with applicant' s
plans approved JanOary 9, 1958, filed March 5, 1958, and subject
to compliance with the provisions of all ordinances governing the
operation of parking lots, and subject to the further condition
that sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and free of
ice and snow at all times.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of John Regenold for a permit to
install and operate a private parking lot on the property Located adjacent to
the southwest cornerof Chatsworth and Lafond. This property is described as
Lot C" D.W.Moore's Addition. The zoning is "C" residence, having been re-
classified recently for the purpose of construction of a 14 unit apartment
building on this site.
The property is presently vacant and has a frontage of 186.77' along Lafond
Street and 124.63' along Chatsworth. The applicants propose to construct
two seven unit apartment buildings with off-street parking facilities for
14 cars.
The Traffic Engineer has approved the proposed Lay out and operation of
this parking facility. Existing requirements of the Zoning Code with refer-
ence to yard areas and parking facilities will be complied with. Field
investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land
use or traffic.
In consideration of these factors, the Zoning Board recommends that this
permit be granted in accordance with applicant's plans approved January 9,
1958, filed March 5, 1958 for parking lot.
