1 WHEREAS, on May 6, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-499,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for properiy clean-up on private properry from
3 December 31, 2008 to January 14, 2009 (File No. J0902A, Assessment No. 8631); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 1317 Forest Street, being described as:

J. A. AND W. M. STEES ADDITION TO ST. PAUL, RAMSEY CO., MINN. EX S 60 FT LOTS 1
AND LOT 2 BLK 2;
10 with the property identification number 21-29-22-33-0002 was assessed an amount of $245.00 for property
11 clean up; and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
14 made in error.

16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interest; and
18
19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $245.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
20 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-499 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
