The undersigned hereby proposesthe making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
Condemning and taking a temporary easement for the purpose of con-
structing a sewer in the vacated alley in C. Weide's Sub of Block 45, Arlington
Hills Addition and in the 20 foot wide easement extending across the right-of-
way of the Northern Pacific Railroad from said vacated alley, said temporary
easement being 20 feet in width and being adjacent to the southeasterly pro-
perty lines of Lots 1 , 2, 3 and 4 in C. Weide's Sub of Block 45, Arlington
Hills Addition, and Lots 38, 39, 40 and 41 in C. Weide's Sub of Block 37,
Arlington Hills Addition and Wadena Avenue and Greenbrier Street, said ease-
ment extending from the east line of Greenbrier Street to the northerly line
of the vacated alley in C. Weide's Sub of Block 45, Arlington Hills Addition.

WHEREAS, A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.:

2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commissioner of Finance.
