RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling
and garage located at 776 Seminary Avenue, described as the west 0.6 feet of Lot
12, all of Lot 13, and East 9.0 feet of Lot 14, Block 2, Joseph R. 6fleide's
Rearrangement of Block 3 and north half of Block 3 and north half of Block 2,
Winter's Addition, St. Paul, i.1innesota to GUY PATSY & SONS, INC. in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid ; 6931 of said Guy
patsy 5, Sons, Inc. , City to pay Contractor $220.00, such bid being the lowest
meeting specifications and said Guy Patsy w Sons, Inc. being a reliable and
reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
