and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of a New Heating System for
the Como park Lake Pavilion, 1300 W. Como Boulevard, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to KOLAR &
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid 36690 of said Kolar & Company for the contract price of $14;890.00, such bid
being the lowest and said Kolar & Company being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
