Y. corner of Macalester and Lincoln. The property is described as Lots 3, 4, & 5, Block 7, Mac- alester Park and the north-south vacated alley lying between Lot 3 and Lots 4 & 5, Block 7, Macalester Park. The zoning is "A" Residence. The applicant proposes to construct a parking lot with a capacity of approximately 25 cars at the rear of the property between the existing Religious Education Unit Addition and the 16 foot alley adjacent to the applicant's property on the south. The parking lot is to be served by the above described alley and is to be located on a portion of the south 69' of the applicant's property as indicated on the attached plans. The layout and operation of the proposed facility have been approved by the Traffic Engineer. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
