Re: Robert Schmid
Application for permission
to install fuel tanks for
private use only.
Dear Bob:
In behalf of Robert Schmid, who operates a truck
trailer business at 915 North Albert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota,
we hereby make application for permission to install fuel tanks
as described below, for private use only.
Mr. Schmid intends to install two tanks, one an 8, 000
gallon tank for fuel oil, and another a 2, 000 gallon tank for
gasoline. The fuel oil tank will be 8 ft. 6 inches in diameter
by 19 feet long. The 2, 000 gallon tank will be 5 ft. 4 inches
in diameter by 12 feet long. These tanks will be installed on
his property, which is zoned "light industrial", and are for
private use only in his business, and under no circumstances
will there be any gasoline sold for retail or otherwise.
We sincerely trust that you will expeditiously grant
Mr. Schmid a permit to install these tanks, inasmuch as he
is anxious to have his business problems taken care of as
soon as possible.
Kindest personal regards.
Yours very truly,
DUDLEY AND BAIRD
