J0911A (8690) Summary abatement (properiy clean-up) on private properties during April 29 to May 14,
2009.
J0909G (8691) Weekly gazbage hauling services during May 6 to May 13, 2009.
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having
been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 19th dav of August, 2009
at the hour of 530 P.M., in the Council Chamber ofthe Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul;
that the Valuation and Assessment Engineer give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said
notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots
of the particulaz owner to whom the notice is directed.

Properiy owners or renters create a health hazard at various times throughout the City of Saint Paul when their proper[y is not kept up.
The Ciry is required by Ciry code to clean up the properry and chazge the properiy owner for the clean up.

Cost recovery prograzvs to recover expenses for summary abatement, gass cutting, towing of abandoned vehicles, demolitions,
gazbage hauling and boazdings-up.
