RESOLVED, that pursuant to Sec. 418. 11, Minnesota
Statutes 1941, and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel
of a release approved by him, Joseph H. Brody be paid the
sum of $75.00 out of Judgment and Compromise Fund, in
full payment for damages to automobile sustained in a
collision with Fire Chief's automobile driven by Frank
Collett, at Hamline and Summit Avenues , on Dec. 31, 1956,
while in the performance of his official duties as a fireman.
