RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is herein
authorized and instructed to proceed with the placing of crushed rock base for
the pavement and surfacing of the Northern Route from Snelling Avenue to 550 feet
east, this work being required at this time in order to provide access for
abutting property in advance of the construction of the pavement surface, said
work to be done by the Department of Public Works Forces in accordance with
Standard City Specifications and materials to be secured under existing depart-
mental contracts, the cost of said work being estimated at $4900.00 and to be
charged to the Northern Route Project No. ST-10, Bond Fund #200.
