Honorable Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
You referred to this office for recommendation and
report, a request of the Kenosha Auto Transport Corporation,
2500 Wabash Avenue, for permission to erect a 7 ft. high
fence, including barb wire strands protruding at an angle
inside the property, bordering their leased property at Hunt
Place, legally described as Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 3,
Rearrangement of D. H. Hunt Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota.
This office has made an investigation and sees no
objection to granting permission for this fence as requested,
providing that the barb wire strands do protrude at an angle
inside the property, and it is therefore recommended that
permission be granted.
Very truly yours,
