H. COLEMAN, Deputy Commissioner November 6, 1957 Honorable Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: You referred to this office for recommendation and report, a request of the Kenosha Auto Transport Corporation, 2500 Wabash Avenue, for permission to erect a 7 ft. high fence, including barb wire strands protruding at an angle inside the property, bordering their leased property at Hunt Place, legally described as Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 3, Rearrangement of D. H. Hunt Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota. This office has made an investigation and sees no objection to granting permission for this fence as requested, providing that the barb wire strands do protrude at an angle inside the property, and it is therefore recommended that permission be granted.
