the municipal Auditorium is granted to the Saint Paul Chamber
of Commerce on Wednesday, November 20, 1957, for the annual
E-E-E-Day under the sponsorship of business, labor and educa-
tional leaders , the cost of opening and operating on said date
to be set up in Auditorium Fund No. 1021.
