5 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Legislative Hearing Officers' recommendation of denying the
6 appeal and granting an extension for all work, except exterior painting to October 31, 2008, and for
7 exterior painting to June 15, 2009; and
8
9 WHEREAS, the property owner has made considerable progress, to date, except for some exterior
10 painting;
11
12 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby grants an extension to
13 September 15, 2009 for completion of the exterior painting; and
14
15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Yhat Council File #08-10'IS is hereby amended to reflect this change;
16 and
17
I 8 BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that no further extensions will be granted on the exterior painting.
