OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUN IL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM DATE__ RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby takes and records official cognizance of the demise of Mary O'Toole, mother of Terrance S. O'Toole, First Assistant Corporation Counsel, appointed and assigned to said City Council in the capacity of legal counsel, a daughter and three other sons , who survived her to- gether with her seven grandchildren, which occurred when she was summoned from this life by Almighty God on the 5th day of November, A. D. 1957; RESOLVED, FURTHER, that said Council hereby takes and records official cognizance of the meritorious accomplishments of Mary O'Toole, deceased, who at the time of her death was a resident of said City and possessed and merited therein an excellent reputation for worthy citizenship; that said Council hereby extends sympathy and condolence to the aforesaid surviving children and grandchildren of said decedent ; and that the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed to cause an engrossed copy of this resolution to be prepared and delivered to said Terrance S.
