• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer on Albemarle
0 Street from Nebraska Avenue to 152' N. Arlington Avenue, to ROBERT W. MOORE in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #6687 of said Robert W. Moore for the contract price of $11,860.00 (Unit prices
bid to be used for increases or decreases of driven piling for foundation piling)
(Plus engineering $949.00 and plus Inspection $237.00 by City Forces), such bid
being the lowest and said Robert W. Moore being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of con-
tract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to _execute said
