OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK C'I UNCIL RE .OLUTION--GENERAL FORM BY COMMISSIONER d DATF November 4, 1957 RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the Wrecking of buildings, miscellaneous removals and filling of certain utilities located at 486 and 490 Randolph Avenue; 515 Omaha Street; and 497, 495, 488, 494, 489, 490 and 491 Barton Street, St. Paul, Minnesota to MINNESOTA LUMBER & WRECKING COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6734 of said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Company, City to pay Contractor $1,670.00, such bid being the lowest and said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
