This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety", approved December 30, 1937, as amended. That Ordinance No. 7881 , approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from Section 68, thereof the following: "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the north side of Oakland Avenue from Ramsey Street to Grand Avenue". l "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the south side of Oakland Avenue from 300 feet west of Ramsey Street to Grand Avenue",. and by adding to Section 68, thereof the following: "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the north side of Thomas Avenue from Hemline Avenue to Asbury Street". "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the north .. side of Thomas Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Aldine Street". and by adding to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (5) , thereof ) the following: "North side of Selby Avenue from Mackubin Street to Kent Street". .\ "Both sides of Lincoln Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Saratoga \ �a Street". Q. Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <, ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub- lic peace, health and safety. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
