In the matter of partially opening, widening and extending the proposed Northern
Route by condemning and king the following described lot and parts of lots: The
west 0.6 feet of Lot 12, 11 of Lot 13 and the east 9 feet of Lot 14, Block 2, Joseph
R. Weide's Rearrangement f Block 3 and North one-half of Block 2, Winter's Addition to
St. Paul,
under Preliminary Order 84107 , approved August 19, 1957 ,
Intermediary Order 84394 , approved September 3, 1957
Final Order 84655 , approved October 1, 1957
A public hearing having bee had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein,
for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits
therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the taking ind condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll,
identified by the signature of t • Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of
damages to the owners of such 1 nds for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll,
be and the same is hereby in all l espects ratified and confirmed.
Resolved further, that the s:id assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered • be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

That he has fixed and dete fined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and appro-
priated for the above improvem nt and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners
thereof, and the persons to whim such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the
amount of benefits to propert from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is .n assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing t 'e undersigned's finding on said matters.
