In the matter of partially open ngt widening and extending the proposed Northern
Route by condemning and taking the following described lots: Lots 3 and 4, Rose
Walsh Addition,
under Preliminary Order 184521 , approved September 12, 1957
Intermediary Order 18469$.__ , approved October 1, 1957
Final Order 184971 , approved October 29, 1957
The Commissioner of Finance hav' g submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment If benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public he:i.ng be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in th Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 4th day
of December , 19. ►.7 , at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give noti e of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
