A public hearing having be n had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objecti ins and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the sai. City is the restoration of the sidewalk on the north side
of St. Clair Avenue from A bert St. to Pascal St., by constructing new sidewalk where
necessary and by repairing where practical,
and the Council hereby orders sal, improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, T at the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and s oecifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approv.1, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said i iprovement in accordance therewith.
