heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;

hereby orde ed to be taken, appropriated and ondemned for the purpose of making id improvements, viz.:

shown on the p -n on file in the offic of the Commissioner of Public orks.

September 3rd 1957 , relative to condemning and taking an easement in
the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills in the partial grading and surfacing
with bituminous material of Maple Street to a width of 28 ft. from the existing service
road of Hudson Road to a point 167 ft. south of said service road.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable.
