We,, the undersig ed, request the St. Paul Council to vote against
the proposed construc ion of a sewer on Albermarle St. from Nebraska
to Wheelock Parkway, eecause of undue hardship and the extreme high
cost of this project. Because this petition constitutes a majority
of the property owner. , we feel the City Council should take very
serious consideration of this matter.
