WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in
the improvement described as the curbing of the North Side
of West Orange from Osage Street to North Victoria Street,
Comptroller's Contract L-5922, E. Bulach, Contractor, have
been provided for in the specifications at unit prices
stipulated therein, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Addition
1 4-A Catch Basin rebuilt (less cover & casting) $67.00
WHEREAS, the total Addition is 567.00, now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through the City
Council approves t} e foregoing addition in accordance with
the specificationslin the sum of $67.00, said sum to be
added to the lump Sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L-5922, for the making of
the above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named contractor that the sum of 567.00 is the correct
amount to be added to the above contract.
