RESOLVED: By the Council of the City of Saint Paul , Minnesota,
that the appointment by the Mayor of the City of
Saint Paul, Minnesota, of Harold J. Moriarty, who
resides at 1718 Yorkshire Avenue, Saint Paul, to
serve as a Commissioner of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
to fill the unexpired term of Benson C. Brainard,
resigned, which term expires September 15, 1958 ,
be and the same hereby is in all things approved,
this appointment to become effective immediately.

Housing and Redevelopment Act, Chapter 487, Laws of
