Lori Krengel, property owner, appeared. ��,�- t�5`l Page 2 Mr. Essling stated that at the previous hearing, the property owner contended that the items that were removed wexe not on her property. It was the belief of the inspectors that the stuff was on this property. Ms. Moermond asked to see the video which showed items by a dumpster that were removed. Ms. Moermond stated that it was difficult to tell from the video where the property line was. Ms. Krengel stated that she had the property line surveyed and presented photos of the property and nei�boring property. She said that from where the line was marked by the surveyor, the items removed by the City were on the neighbor's property. Ms. Moermond recommended delering the assessment and suggested Ms. Krengel put a post with a reflective marker on it to show where the property line was in order to dissolve any future confusion.
