In the matter of condemning =nd taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes,
cuts and fills in grading a • surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 7,
H. F. Schwabe's Addition; B •ck 7, Lindley Heights, and Block 4, Lindley Park, from
Griffith Street to the west line of Lot 22, Block 7, H. F. Schwabe's Addition,
under Preliminary Order 18 GAO , approved June 18, 1957
Intermediary Order 18 .12 , approved September 11, 957
Final Order 18 r68 approved October 8, 1957
The Commissioner of Finance .aving submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of he land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also ha ;ng submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it

Resolved, That the said assessm;nt of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, i the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 27th day
of November , 19_57.._, at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give otice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
