In the Matter of gradin Brown Avenue from Wyoming Street to Belvidere Street,
under Preliminary Order 183 3 approved June 11, 1957
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and I aving considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and t e same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded ith.

2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is grade Brown Avenue
from Wyoming Street to Bel , dere Street,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ e,343.3°
Resolved Further, That a publ. hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of
November , 19 57, t the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in th• City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and i the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the impro ement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
