WHEREAS, Edward F. Kuether, 2045 E. Arlington Avenue,
has made application for license as House Sewer Contractor,
and
WHEREAS, Ed lard F. Kuether, has signed an affidavit that
he has been a Lic nsed Master Plumber of the City of St. Paul,
Ramsey County, fo the last three years, and that he has been
a resident of the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, for the
last six months, nd
WHEREAS, Ed and F. Kuether, has filedd a bond in accord-
ance with Ordinance No. 7661; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a license as House Sewer Contractor be
hereby granted the said Edward F. Kuether subject to the
provisions of said ordinance, and the Commissioner of Public
Works is hereby i structed to issue said license upon payment
into the City Tre-sury of the required fee.
