RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $67.00 be allowed
under contract number L-5738-B between the City of Saint
Paul and the Peopl s Electric Company, said contract for
Electrical Work in Connection with the Construction of the
Public Health Center Building, and said extra to cover
connecting switch and fixture on three microscope tables
and one hood light and switch in room 109, this work having
been requested by the Commissioner of Public Safety, and
agreement made with the Contractor, and a memorandum of
said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller and

Dear Sir:
Contract N ber L-5738-B was awarded to the Peoples
Electric Company f.r Electrical Work in Connection with the
Construction of tilt Public Health Center Building.
During the course of the work under this contract,
it was found neces ary to have the following items of work :
Connecting switch a d fixture on three microscope tables,
and one hood light and switch in Room 109: done in connection
with this contract, and at the request of the Commissioner of
Public Safety, nego iations have been conducted with the
Contractor who agre-s to take care of these items for the
additional amount o. $67.00 which is a reasonable amount for
the labor and material involved.
It is there' ore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council auth.rizing an extra in the amount of $67.00 to
cover the above-des ribed work in connection with contract
number L-5738-B.
