WHEREAS, there was created a vacancy on the
Joint City and County Detention and Workhouse Facility
Commission by the resignation of Mr. Frank D. Marzitelli
from the Council of the City of Saint Paul and from said
Commission; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council, that it does hereby
appoint Commissioner Adrian P. Winkel as a member of said
Joint City and County Detention and Workhouse Commission to
fill the unexpired term of said Commissioner Marzitelli,
and said appointment be made by this Council under and pur-
suant to the provisions of Laws of the State of Minnesota
of 1955, Chapter 353, Section 6 and Section 7; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to prepare and send a certified copy of this
resolution to the Executive Secretary of the Commission
hereinabove named.
