on W. side of Ruth. No. of Case, 1 pole on
I.io. side of St. Lawrence E. of Rutland St.,
1 pole on W. side of Saratoga No. of Scheffer,
1 pole in alley W. of Saratoga No. of Scheffer,
with necessary guys, anchors, and wires.
Poles and wires to be removed when requested
to do so by the Common Council and cost of
said removal to be borne by the Northern States
Power Company.
