RESOLVED, that Sta-Vis Oil Company be permitted to
install and operate a private parking lot at the southwest
corner of Hill and Eagle Street, on the following described
property: Except the southwesterly 24 feet, Lot 1, Block
41 , Rice and Irvine 's Addition, subject to compliance with
the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation of
parking lots , and in accordance with plans approved
January 9, 1958; and subject to the further condition that
sidewalks abuttirg said premises be kept clean and free of
ice and snow at all times,
