and its assured, St. Paul Packaged Fuel and Furniture
Company, Inc. , be paid $140. 35 out of the Judgment and
Compromise Fund in full payment of damages sustained in
an accident on July 30, 1956 with Harvey L. Moreno, fireman,
while in the performance of his official duties.
