186041 186041 Council 'ile No. PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT Council File No. 186041— Whereas, A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.: and Improving Stillwater Avenue from White Bear Avenue to McKnight Road by surfacing with asphaltic 'Cncr.- PRELIMINARY ORDER. the existing concrete paw The undersigned hereby proposes the making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.: improving Stillwater M►en uc from White Sear Avenue to McKnight Read by sur- facing with asphaltic concrete the existing concrete pavement; widening the roach way to 44 fest by grading and paving the north and south side strips with 7" con- crete base and 3t" asphaltic concrete; by grading and paving alley and driveway returns; by constructing new curbs and sidewalks where necessary; by reconstruct- ing storm water drainage face iitites; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections from street mains to the property linos where necessary; by reconstruct• ing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on the intersecting streets where not In con- formity with said improvement; by constructing conduits and appurtenances for future lighting and traffic control systems and by doing all other work Which Is necessary and incidental to said improvement.
