RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the application of the County Auditor for the abatement
of street oiling and flushing assessment on the following described
property, to wit:
Drake's Rearrangement of lot 4 & partcf lots 5, 9 & 10,
blk. 30, St. Paul Proper, sd. Rearrangement to be hereafter
known & designated as lot 4, blk. 30, St. Paul Proper & in
sd. City of St. Paul, ex. Kellogg Blvd. & ex. SEly 20 ft.
of lots 2 & 3; part of blk. 30 NWly of fol. line: beg.
at Sly cor. of blk. 30; th. NWly on SWly line thereof
103.75 ft. to CL of wall; th. NEly on sd. wall & par.
with SEly line of sd. blk. to intersection with a line
run from Wly cor. etc., City of St. Paul; (Post Office)
totaling $256.14, and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation
of the State of Minnesota cancel said assessment.
