1 WHEREAS, on May 20, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-551,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in October 2008 (File No. VB0902, Assessment No. 8635); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 369 Maryland Avenue East, being described as:

JAGGARD'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PAUL W 14 FT OF LOT 7 AND ALL OF LOT 8
BLK 3
10 with the property identification number 20-29-22-33-0087 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 far
ll collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
14 made in error.

16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interests.
