This property is described as Lots 4,5, 12 & 13, Block 11, St. Paul Proper. The zoning is Commercial The property has a 100 ft. frontage on both 5th & 6th Streets extending the distance of 300 ft. between these two streets. The plans meet existing standards and have been approved by the Traffic Engineer. Field investi- gation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic. This property is surrounded by retail and banking facilities. It is proposed that the capacity of this parking lot will be increased from 80 to 128 cars. Both 5th and 6th Streets will be used as an exit and entrance. The property will be suitably fenced, and the parking area satisfactorily drained and surfaced in accordance with all existing standards. In consideration of these factors the Zoning Board recommends this permit be granted in accordance with the plans approved January 9, 1958. Sincerely, C. D.
