WHEREAS, on May 20, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-551,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
monitoring fees re-invoiced in October 2008 (File No. VB0902, Assessment No. 8635); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 1750 Goodrich Avenue, being described as:

12 with the property identification number 04-28-23-43-0028 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
13 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

15 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
16 made in error.

18 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
19 any accrued interests.
