RESOLVED: That Motor Vehicle Driver's License No. 562, exoiring May 31, 1958, issued to
Dail M. Owen be and the same is hereby revoked upon recommendation of the
Bureau of Police because of his arrest on the charge of drunken driving at
which time he was driving a taxicab, being sent to court thereon, found
guilty thereto and sentenced to $100.00 or 10 days.
