UNCIL ESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONS DATE
RESOLVED, in the matter of the Petition of Children' s Home
Society of Minnesota, now pending before this Council, for the re-
zoning of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 38, St. Anthony Park North,
under Building Zone Ordinance No. 5840, as amended; Legislative
Code-Zoning Code Sections 60 to 64 inclusive, from "A" Residence
District to Commercial, the City of Saint Paul as owner of Lots
21, 22, 23 and 24, Block 37, St. Anthony Park North, lying within
100 feet of the real property covered by said Petition, shall
duly acquiesce in such proposed rezoning; and that the City Clerk
be and hereby is authorized to execute said Petition in behalf of
the City of Saint Paul for the purpose of said CAr' s acquiescence
therein.
